Orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00pm EST) are shipped on the same business day. An order receipt confirmation will be sent as soon as your online order is complete. You may also login to your website account to view your order details. If you do not receive an email please contact us immediately.
L'ACIREMA offers free shipping for standard Fed-Ex delivery. An estimated delivery time will be provided when your order is placed based on the information we receive from FedEx. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the shipment, the shipping address, and the time-frame of delivery (standard, overnight, etc.). The following shipping options are available:
Standard, overnight, and second day (for orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada).
L'ACIREMA offers free shipping for standard Fed-Ex delivery. You will be prompted to select a shipping option when you place your order online. Overnight, and Second day Fed-Ex delivery will be at your expense.
With Standard Fed-Ex Delivery, orders shipped in the Continental U.S. generally take 1-7 working days depending on your location. We ship from California; if you're on the east coast, it might take 5-7 days to get your order. Customers on the west coast tend to get their orders in 1-5 days.
Overnight orders placed by 12:00 p.m. PST (3:00pm EST) will be sent out the same day for next day delivery.

Double Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included the correct information necessary to deliver your package. FedEx charges a service fee for address corrections. You will be charged for any additional fees caused by incorrect address information.
FedEx will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery. All packages require, a signature confirmation. . It is the customers responsibility to be present or have someone present for the delivery and/ or arrange for package pick-up if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
